How is quorum and roll call tracked at a general assembly?
A general assembly is only valid once the quorum defined in the bylaws is met, and that depends on accurate roll call. After you import your member list into the panel, Biletora collects an RSVP from each member and generates a personal QR code for everyone who confirms. On meeting day the QR is scanned at the door, and the system keeps roll call in real time based on actual entry records. The number of members present, whether quorum is reached, and proxy attendances all appear on one screen. The board opens the meeting with an attendance picture based on records rather than estimates, avoiding disputes over quorum.
