What does a Turkish wedding invitation include?

The invitation line, the names of the bride and groom (traditional invitations also name both families), the date, day and time, the venue with its address and an RSVP (LCV) note with a reply-by date. If the civil ceremony (nikah) and the celebration are at different times, both are listed.
