How do you prepare a wedding guest list?

1. Merge the bride's and groom's lists into one file, one row per invitation.
2. Select the side and group from the dropdowns.
3. Enter the invited party size including +1s and children, and how many of them are children.
4. Update the RSVP status as replies arrive and enter the confirmed party size.
5. Check the expected headcount on the summary sheet before confirming numbers with the venue.

When should you move from Excel to a guest list app?

An Excel list needs every reply entered by hand, and tracking who has not replied gets harder as the list grows.
